季辉，山东济宁人，2015年毕业于法国雷恩国立应用科学学院（INSA-Rennes），获电子与电信专业博士学位。现为信息科学与工程学院讲师。2018年9月至2019年8月在台湾清华大学做访问学者。
主要研究方向为无线通信。作为主要人员参与国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金项目、山东省重点研发计划等项目。
指导本科生获得美国数学建模大赛（MCM）最高奖Outstanding奖1项，全国大学生数学建模竞赛国家二等奖1项，获得“大唐杯”全国大学生移动通信大赛全国总决赛一等奖1项，二等奖2项，三等奖1项，并获得“优秀指导教师奖”。
